Are my turtles yellow belly sliders?

I have two turtles one is quite larger than the other. I am not sure what kind they are. They kind of look like the pics i have seen of the yellow bellies. They have a rough shell and a yellow markings behind their eyes. Are there any other ways I can be sure?

Quite possibly. The only sure way is to be told by an exotic pet vet but looking at pictures as you have gets you extremely close if not right on.
Reply:It is possable, there are other turtles such as the River cooter, and painted turtle, have yellow markings behind the head so you may want to look up pictures of them to compare to your pet
