Does anyone know about Red-ear sliders?

My red-ear slider sometimes makes this chirping/squeeking noise. Does anyone know what this means? I can't find it on any website? Thanks!

Wheezing sounds

This can occur if a turtle is overweight or is expending a lot of energy. If it is loud and happens frequently, it can be an indication of breathing difficulty. It can also be a symptom of RI; take basic measures and carefully observe.

I have a RES and this site has been always useful for me in:

Reply:Last year I had a baby red ear that had pneumonia and she squeaked all the time. I dipped her in turtle doctor (sulfa) follow the directions. I also used powdered turtle vitamins as she would not eat, and gave water tob drink with a syringe. After all that she died anyway, and the only vet I could find that would give me any info said that I probably didn't turn the temperature in the tank up enough after i found out she was sick. Good luck!
