How to fix a metal office credenza drawer slider that came off track?

I have an metal office credenza with sliding drawers that we removed to move the credenza. During the move, the metal sliders that remained in the credenza slipped out and we can't figure out how to get them back in so we can put the drawer back in!

they simply slide in and pop on either side...not sure why your having such a problem...did they bend or get damaged?
