About red ear sliders what do the eggs look like the color and what to do?

we are turtle sitting never had turtles before they are red ear sliders we have them in a tank with water some rocks we know that they have been mating but we have no ideal what the eggs look like or what to do we need some info on this please help us

Turtles need to go on land to lay their eggs. They have to bury them. Please go a web site and find out more, I'm pretty sure the eggs will not survive if left in an aquarium. Maybe you could bury them in sand and keep them warm if they lay them in the aquarium. I'm not an expert so I don't know if this will work.
