How long can they actually last without having any food? What is the best choice of food to feed them?

They can last quit a while without food. I feed mine every couple of days.

Reply:yes, babies need to be fed everyday.. give them the amount of food that are the size of their head. don't over-feed them much.

Reply:Oh Yes! They eat a lot! I remember when I power fed my babies. They grew so fast. they tripled in size in 6 months! But Powerfeeding is not healthy so dont over feed it.
